enough of the emo shit.
OBS ROCKED!
i thought i was frigging gonna die but noooooooooooo... i survived and met the best group of people ever! haha.
1stdaywent to school. hmm.. met my group and prepared for the whole trip.
group members are
1. YC- gay, funny, coke lover just like me. haha. Alternative music lover as well. super fun guy. thought he was anti-social when i met him but noooo. he's a damn fun guy. hahaha. super a lot of common ground. someone like JK. frigging calls me ma'am whenever i call him. ahaha. gay.
2. Izac- knew each other since sec1. good to have him in the group. telling all those 'yo mama' jokes and also singing along together during the trek. super funny.
3. Ming Gay- hahahaha. chng got his name mixed up super badly. like from minghao to cowbing then to ah ming then to ming gay. haaha. super funny. he was more alive during the camp as compared to normal day lessons. haha. same class, since sec1. another crazy guy in the group.
4. Louis- our entertainer, navigator and also my kayak's 'steerer'. without him, my group and kayak would be like crap, and we wouldn't have gotten anywhere. super nice and funny guy. fun talking to him and sharing our views and thoughts. very lucky to have him in the group.
5. Desmond- super fun and nice guy. he's a born leader. super helpful and encouraging. God used him to become a cell leader at such a young age. haha. he's super good at basketball. he's someone i respect alot.
6. Chng- without this bugger, our group would have frowns for like everysingle day. super blurr and funny guy. accompanied me for the whole first night, where both of us couldnt sleep. very glad to have him on the group.
7. Qi Ai- can say she's pretty much like my mom. keeps telling me to not waste water and everything. hahaha. she's very helpful. in our school choir. she looks like pris with her fringe down. haha
8. Shi Min- helpful, friendly, and always smiling. haha. our groups medical ic, along with qiai. badminton player. she's also our group time keeper. haha. sad to say i didnt really get to know her more. but she's a good friend overall.
9. Vanessa- very fun and energetic person. ahah. can say she had my primary school energy level, where i like can jump around someone non-stop for 30mins. haha. nice person. our group's water ic along with sophia. she's from dance, and she always encourages the whole group. glad to have her in the grp.
10. Sophia- haha. very fun to have her in the group. usually very cheery. laughs at everything that happens. haha. she's very nice to talk to and to laugh with. haha. knew her through abitan before this camp, so it was easy communicating to her. haha. happy she was in the grp.
11. Chiang- always kena insulted. ahha. pity him. friendly and cheery, though he usually gets ignored by the group.
12. Cheng Hon- i pity this guy a lot, cuz like everyone ignores him. but he's a super nice guy. never gets into any problems or troubles. haha. very happy to have him on the group. he brought out my kind side i guess.
13.Yasuhiro- Jap Chinese dude. like YC, i thought he was A.S. but he wasnt. he's very friendly. we got along very well, and he's super easy to talk to. like his face is super innocent but then he's like super disgusting and funny sometimes. haha. super happy for him to be on the group.
14. Jarron- he's like the brains of our group. small guy, but smart. from bb. he was like incharge of all the tent pitching and stuff. super easy to talk to him and have fun with him. if he wasnt in our group we wouldnt need to sleep. haha. glad to have him with us.
haha. when i first met my grp members i thought we were gonna take a long time to get to know each other, but after knowing everyone's names we were having fun like best of friends.
we did mostly icebreaking stuff, like the trust fall and the blade of grass thingy. first day was pretty much okay. didnt sleep at night though. wasnt used to the heat. super funny. a group of them were awake then they went around telling everyone that it was 5 already. then chng was in a diff tent. he asked cheng hon for the time then cheng hon was like, 'err, 12.19?' then chng went like aiya your watched spoiled lah. he went out then they told him just kidding then he was like,' OMG'. super funny. hahahaha. found a chair at 2am then just put it at the beach and stoned for the whole night with chng for company.
2nddayhmm. learned how to kayak. found a kayaking group. had rachel tan from marco polo and louis from my group. kayaked over to our second campsite. had briefing, was selected as sweeper for the expedition next day. pitched the tents and had magi noodles for dinner then slept. nothing much for this day.
3rddaywoke up at 4. me desmond keith and eugene had one final briefing for the group. then we got ready our bottles, food, and boats. left the campsite at around 7.30 or so. then we started on the 10km journey. we thought it was gonna be damn long and shitty but it was dang fun! kayaking with the 2 groups was damn fun and funny. izac, chng and sophia were doing sweeper duty with us so it was super super fun. haha. eugene navigated us through the whole thing. there was a part of the expedition where i looked at my watch and it was 2. so we just paddled on and on. 1km later i looked at my watch and it was 2.07! so i shouted to the whole group then everyone was like cheering then we chionged back to camp. was super fun. having lunch in the middle of the sea with everyone around. haha. we kept on banging onto other boats during the journey. bumped into izac's boat like 30 over times. reached the campsite at around 3 or so. rinsed ourselves then we went to do the tripple-D. couldnt do it cuz i had a burning pain in my shoulder. chng and desmond like completed the whole thing in 3mins!! we were stunned lah. haha. bludy chiongsters. after that had dinner made prepared for us!! was like a mini buffet. had supper too! was great that day.
4thdayeveryone felt super tired at the end of the day. was supposed to wake up and unpitch our tents by 6.45, but guess what, we woke up at 6.40! chiang was tapping my shoulders and he said,' aren't we supposed to wake up at 5? it's 6.40'. then i was like OHSHIT. i ran out of my tent then screamed for everyone to wake up. super retarded. theresa was damn angry with us. OHYA. theresa's our wonderful and lovely instructor xD. so we kinda screwed up the morning. went trekking in the afternoon. failed it. headed back to our first campsite, had buffet dinner cuz we had a whole box of cans to cook. like 2 mastins of sardines, achovies, bake beans and one more mastin of peanuts and a can of tuna. mixed noodles up and drained it so we didnt had magi soup, but we mixed it with the curry chicken and the curry went inside the noodles and it tasted like mm'mm. had claypot rice as well. couldnt finish the whole damn thing so got milton over from marco polo. he like sat in the middle of all the dishes and then like stuffed himself. super funny. like some over grown baby in the middle of everything chomping it all down. didnt sleep cuz of my usual 'MUST NOT SLEEP ON THE LAST NIGHT OF ANY CAMP' rule. haha. talked about our ambitions, goals and stuff. me, chng, louis, desmond, and izac. haha. had fun that night and got to know each other more.
5thdaysince we didnt sleep, and we were supposed to pack our stalls, me chng and dessie went to our stall at 4.30 and got all the ponchos out. went to wake everyone up. then we laid em all out randomly. used the jerry cans to get the water, sprayed water all over the ponchos. then we were thinking of how to dry them, when suddenly chng just took one of em with another 3 people and ran around the whole place. super funny. then everyone did that while me izac and sophia gave eyepower xD. then like chng came back and wore one poncho, then started to run around and spin in circles. ahhahahahaha. super funny. we laugh until stomach cramp. all the groups just woke up and came to the H pad and just stared at us and said,' SIAO'. we were like screaming at 5am and dancing. hahahaha. super funny. pretty much did all the admin and packing that day. went back to school, and the whole group decided to go to KAP together!! cuz we all missed coke. at first me and yc were like,'eh, lets go for coke parade after this shit' then we planned everything. then some one just told us to go macs so the whole group decided to go macs. haha. we left at diff timings. qiai, shimin and sophia stayed in school first cuz sophia lost her wallet. vanessa, YC and jarron went over to YC's house first. Izac's mom fetched him home first and me desmond, chng, yasuhiro and milton made our way there first. when we reached the bus stop i suddenly remembered i left all my bags in school so i rushed back. pretty dumb huh. hahahaha. missed a bus cuz of that. reached KAP, and guess what. we all reached at the same time!! YC's mom drove, Izac walked from his house, then the 3 girls took cab. super sexy lah. we all reach at the same time. then YC was like,' wahh, we are super united lah'. had 2 meals there, me and YC chiong everything down. then the rest took their time. had a damn fun time.
overall, im happy that God gave me such a nice group with beautiful and nice people in the group. it was soo fun with this group. i think i would've died if they werent there. had a lot of fun, and we're gonna make our own obs MEGELLAN shirt!! i told them not to get the shirt. i told them that we're getting the shirt cuz of the group, not the activities. so they all agreed and we're gonna design our own shirt and make it just for the 15 of us. hahahaha. damn shiok. our dreams are to stay united as a group despite all our different classes and whatever. haha. buffet and chalet being planned right now. haha. love my group. LOTS! haha.. hope we all get to know each other more and more.
